At Artscape Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
